Our team is made up of diverse backgrounds and experiences, each bringing a unique perspective and skillset to the table. John Crowley
Director/Architect

John Crowley graduated with First Class Honours from University College Dublin in 2012.
In developing his professional experience he has worked for a variety of award-winning architecture practices in the UK, Ireland and Denmark.
Prior to founding Anthro Architecture, John worked the Creative Director of award-winning architecture firm ODOS Architects, establishing a UK office for the practice in 2014.
He is passionate about the role of the Architect within the wider construction industry and constantly seeks to bring added value to the service we provide to our Clients.
He completed a Post Grad In Architectural Professional Practice at UCD in 2015.
He is a registered Architect and a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and the Royal Institute of Architects of Ireland.

Marta Wlodarczyk
Architect
BA Architecture
Marta joined Anthro from Lisbon based Atelier Zinho Antunes in early 2021.
She graduated from University of Brighton 2010 and London Metropolitan University in 2014, and became a member of Portuguese Order of Architects in 2022.
Her previous experience includes number of hotels, healthcare, residential and private housing projects in the UK and abroad.

Atefah
Atefeh Arefcheh
Architectural Assistant
B.Arch
Atefeh is a Part 1 Architectural Assistant working from our studio in Leigh on Sea. She is a recent graduate of the University of Westminster and holds a First Class Honours B.A. in Architecture, as well as a certificate in Arts and Design from the University foundation programme.
She is passionate about interior design and always seeks to create beautiful spaces that enhance the lives of the people, plants and pets she designs for!

Founded by John Crowley, Anthro Architecture seeks to create innovative and beautifully crafted buildings that enrich the lives of the people we design for.
Process
The Anthro Process is an evolution of the RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) Plan of work and is set out in a series of simple design stages.
