The Drive, Chalkwell
Located just outside Leigh-on-Sea in Essex, this exciting project involved the conversion of an existing dormer bungalow into a four-bedroom split level house that increases to three storeys to the rear and opens up to views to the Thames Estuary and the sea beyond.
Sash House, Chelsea
Sash House is a two story house extension in London, Chelsea and refurbishment of a terraced house in a conservation area in the heart of Chelsea.
We opened up the small living spaces and connecting the house with the garden through the addition of a super-sized sash window.
No.1 St. James’s Street
One of London’s most iconic addresses, overlooking St. James’s Palace and adjacent to the historic flagship store of Berry Bros. & Rudd, our project at No. 1 St.James’s Street involved the redesign and refurbishment of a five-storey Grade II* Listed Building to create a series of unique luxury rental apartments.
